I had been hoping to use this song for a very long time, and it finally happened 💛🩵
There are so many things I love about this cake:
1. The colour palette reminds me of a calm, easy summer day. The yellow bird shines like the sun and truly warms my heart.
2. It was my first time ever painting a bird, and I enjoyed the process far more than I expected.
3. Wafer paper flowers and details are an excellent choice when lightness and delicacy are key.
4. Gold leaf has quietly become something of a signature detail for me lately ✨
5. The cake was inspired by this beautiful song about love and devotion.

💛Yeah, they were all yellow 💛
Ranúnculos mariposa pintados a mano sobre un pastel en crema de chocolate. En el lenguaje floral los ranúnculos simbolizan la belleza y el esplendor, la atracción y el encanto. Asi cómo este pastel que está lleno de una belleza sutil pero potente. Las flores pintadas se entremezclan con las hechas en crema, en una corona floral con algunos nomeolvides hechos en papel oblea. Sutil, delicado y con mucho detalle. Todo el pastel es completamente comestible y hecho con mucho cariño en mi color favorito 💛

Pintando rosas 🌹 sobre crema de chocolate Blanco, y jugando un poco con flores hechas de boquillas. Experimentando, jugando y dejándome sorprender en el proceso de aprender algo nuevo para mí.

🌻 Girasoles Hermosos pintados sobre un pastel en crema🌻
Fui al mercado, compré girasoles y no pude evitar usarlos de fondo, e inspirarme para pintar sobre mi pastel con mi nueva técnica. Siempre hay algo introspectivo y muy calmante en este proceso. Luces, sombras, colores, ramas, siguiendo la linea pero improvisando un poco.
Esta nueva técnica me ha desafiado, pero al tiempo me ha dado tanta inspiración y alegría. Es como si pintar sirviera de cura para nuestros males.
¿Qué flor les gustaría que pintara luego ?

Madrugando este nuevo año a compartirles este diseño que le tengo un cariño muy especial. Es con mi nueva técnica “Pintando sobre Crema de Chocolate Blanco”, completamente comestible, y con técnicas de transferido, pintura y volumen que he desarrollado durante meses.
Fresas con dimensión y las floresitas hechas con boquillas. Se mezcla lo plano y lo tridimensional, varias técnicas mostrándose en un mismo diseño.
Me pareció sacado de un cuento de hadas con gnomos del bosque y flores encantadas.
Significado de las las flores: Los Lirios representan la belleza, la pureza y la espiritualidad. Mientras las Astromelias significan Amistad, Devoción y Prosperidad.

Swipe and take a look at my favorite cakes of the year — each one telling a different story.

While putting this post together, one word kept coming back to me: Vibrant.
This year was all about bold choices, fearless color palettes, and letting intensity lead the way.

I played with contrasts, saturated tones, soft details mixed with strong statements — cakes that didn’t whisper, they spoke.
Some were joyful, some dramatic, some quietly emotional… but all of them were unapologetically colorful or magically white.

2025 reminded me how much I love working with color, trusting my instinct, and allowing creativity to be loud when it wants to be.
