  • How to fill and crumb coat real cakes.
  • How to cover a cake using buttercream with rough edges.
  • Introduction Palette Knife flowers, types of petals (Direct and Indirect), color mixing and composition. 
  • Students will make the following flowers: Peonies, Anemone, Hydrangeas, blackberries, leaves and ornaments in mixed materials.
  • Assembling and final details.
